Welcome to BalasinAja. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Instagram automation platform. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, connecting an Instagram account, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or the entity you represent to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

BalasinAja provides tools to automate Instagram direct messages, monitor comments, reply to interactions, and manage leads. All automation is performed through official Meta APIs and requires your explicit authorization.

3. Account & Authorization

  • You must maintain a valid Instagram Business or Creator account.
  • You grant us permission to access your Instagram account solely for the purpose of delivering the automation features you enable.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harmful content.
  • Violate Instagram’s Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
  • Attempt to circumvent Meta’s API rate limits or security measures.
  • Automate actions that Instagram explicitly prohibits.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Meta’s data use policies.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or if required by Meta or legal authorities. You may delete your account and data at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

BalasinAja is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to Instagram account restrictions imposed by Meta.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
