2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and maintain the automation services you configure.
- To send automated direct messages and comment replies on your behalf.
- To provide analytics, lead tracking, and activity logs in your dashboard.

3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share information with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram/Facebook) as necessary to enable the messaging and webhook features you authorize. All data transfers are secured via HTTPS.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time via the Data Deletion page or by contacting support. Upon deletion, we remove conversation logs, lead records, and configuration data within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard encryption, access controls, and secure hosting practices. Instagram access tokens are stored encrypted and never exposed in client-side code.
