How to Request Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time.
- From within the app: Go to Settings → Connected Accounts → Disconnect Instagram. This revokes our access to your Instagram data immediately.
- Delete your account: Contact support to request full account deletion. We will remove all stored leads, conversations, automation rules, and configuration data within 30 days.
- Instagram-side revocation: You can also revoke app permissions directly from your Instagram account settings under Apps and Websites.
What Data Is Deleted
- Instagram access tokens and connection credentials
- Lead records and extracted user information
- Direct message and comment history stored in our system
- Automation rules, triggers, and templates
- Activity logs and analytics associated with your account
Data Retention Exceptions
We may retain minimal records as required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes. Any retained data is anonymized where possible and kept only for the legally required duration.
